switch lamp - manufacturer

Mr. Jim Cochran inquires about the manufacturer of a switch lamp in a
certain photo.

A similar lamp which lives in my 'Hood carries an Armspear tag affixed to
the side of the smoke-dome.  If needed, I can carry the piece out-of-doors
and photograph the tag under good light.
