Annual Membership Meeting scheduling

I have also attended the membership meetings during these conventions. It has been a while, but I do not remember the meetings being held on Sunday morning, if they were I wouldn't have attended, as a christian I would be attending worship on Sunday mornings. I must urge you to consider holding the membership meeting at a time which doesn't conflict with Sunday morning worship. Thanks."

Ed, I am certain that future officers and directors will give serious consideration to your membership meeting scheduling concern. Further, I recommend avoiding special weekends that include Mother's Day, Father's Day, Grandparents Day, etc. These should be family-oriented weekends.

Please do submit a proxy for this meeting using the general format I provided in my original reminder posting.
