caboose NW 518676 painting, c31p

Not trying to be unpleasant Just trying  to get it right. like i said I had
never seen a picture of a blue 518767 cab. I have seen lots of pictures of
it in red from 1975 and its faded. This means it had to be painted between
1970 and 74. There is no record of that in the maintenance log. All other
cabooses with numbers really close to that 518675 show it in the records
when they were painted red. So hopefully you can see my dilemma and why I
wanted proof, I just wanted it to be right. Once again I THANK you for all
your work and input you put into this matter and for all the work you do to
maintain the records. Believe Me I do understand how much work and time it
takes to run a nonprofit.
