caboose NW 518676 painting, c31p

[NW Mailing List]

I can't tell anything from that picture, can't tell if it has enough
windows in it even.
The maintenance log doesn't say it was repainted and the other cabooses
that i have looked at their  maintenance logs tell when they were painted.
It was red in 1974 so were is the proof it was blue. I would need a good
picture.
