While I have absolutely no idea I would look at the bridge just west of Kimball tunnel or the bridge across from the McDowell county school bus lot at Maitland.

The bridge at Dead mans cut goes right up to the cut and the highway is cut through the same ridge.

Yes, that's the one.  My supposition is that this is just to the North Fork side of the cut looking in the direction of Keystone.  Any thoughts?
