Proportion of HPa/HPb/HPc/HPd hopper rebuilds

Dow books are never in the right place at the right time. “My” copy is currently at its owner’s house (my father). I’m keeping your message in my inbox for when I again have access to it.  I don’t remember if it gets into the detail of door locks or not.
