It's probably Business Car #300, "Roanoke."
Based on photographic evidence, the only pictures that I have of business cars with the non-standard block stencil are #300, "Roanoke" and #500, "Claytor Lake."
The business car in the photo appears to have a single word name, not a two word name.  That would narrow down the car in question to #300, "Roanoke."
But this brings up several issues: Do any members have photos of other business cars with the non-standard block lettering?
Finally, does any member know the back-story as to where, when and, most of all, how at least two N&W business cars received such non-standard stencils?
