Upon closer examination, I notice that there is a cut of hoppers in the background, along the main line with a highway in between the shifter.  This could be the Goodman Branch, which took off just out of the west portal of Mingo Tunnel and only extended about a mile up to a coal operation.  Otherwise from my two educated guesses, it's got my goat...!
