FW: 611 skyline casing - replaced?

N&W 611 in service around 1957 at Blue Ridge, Va. When was the top of the skyline casing eventually replaced; this was after the derailment on a curve due to excess speed, and while the engine was repaired, the top of the casing wasn't replaced.
