 This is suspect. To begin with, "03" is not the way N&W ever numbered anything. Second, the fact that it is a color slide implies that it is more recent than the last wood N&W passenger cars. The last wood business cars (401 & 402) were scrapped, and didn't look anything like this. Third, I have never seen the roof of an N&W car painted this way. I don't think this is a real N&W car.
