Me either…..Not putting too much trust in my eyes, but it looks like the first letter is a “C” or a “L” with a fairly long name.
Might be Lynchburg?
The back building to the left looks very much like it is the current Amazement Square children’s museum on 9th & Jefferson. The bridges in the back might be the bridge & viaduct for crossing from Lynchburg over the James River. Not 100% certain…..
I am sure there are members with much better knowledge than me.
