Blake, WV signals

Jim,

At about MP N-353 and a half, these are the westward, grade, holdout, 
advance signals for the crossovers at Blake. These govern the short 
block ahead, up an ongoing grade, to the home signals at the crossovers, 
with a grade crossing behind the photographer. They are automatics that 
include Stop and Stay for the crossing, Approach Diverging for the 
crossovers, and Restricting for the grade.
