Thanks Tim!
It looks like you can see the pipe here on Maybeury Bridge. This is same
bridge, taken from POV of the shed. the little structure at bottom left
this photo is visible in the other photo too. Looking at both photos again,
it appears that the water line was just installed, as there is an open
trench in front of the shed.
