Hi Herb:
   I'am surprised CN did not have something there since they also serve the port.  It is amazing that NS at least sent a a unit over though it would just be in Warner yard all weekend anywhey.   Part of the problem is the EPA.  If you wash a locomotive you have to capture all of the water and treat it.  Costs big bucks also the laborour who would do that is gone with PSR.  Also do you think management cars about the public.  The old days are gone, never to return. Kenneth Borg
