GP9 #511 w Passenger Train

 Hello, John:

Decatur, Illinois. The former Wabash station is at the right and so the train is heading westbound/southbound, probably going to St. Louis on its final run. WABIC tower is in the background. Probably a trainmaster and/or a road foreman of engines with their characteristic head-wear.
