It appears that the N&W lettering on the hoppers was added after the picture
was taken. Probably a picture used in an ad or publication. I believe the
cars are wooden. The man on the ground between the tender and first car
would indicate that the train was stopped for the photographer.

Anyone care to venture a guess where this photo was taken? Best I can tell
the loco is 828.
