N&W RR Philadelphia Headquarters c.1883

I have an accounting document from the N&W RR dated March 1883.

The address on the document is 37 and 39 S. Third St. Philadelphia, PA.

I've always been curious about the location of the N&W offices in Phila 
so I google mapped it. The link below is for 37-39 S. Third St.

Sure looks old enough to date to the 1880's. Pretty cool if you ask me. 
Does anyone know anything else about the old Philly headquarters? Maybe 
there was more than one location?
