N&W Trailers

The earliest and shortest trailers I have found for N&W are the 40'
beaded side trailers that were painted tuscan and used for intermodal
service. Did N&W have any shorter trailers, in the 30-36' range with
the rounded front? 
Also, while most would arrive by rail, did N&W roundhouses and shops
ever receive supplies via truck?
For what it's worth, I have an old Ulrich trailer I'm trying to find
something to do with, and am detailing a roundhouse scene and
wondering if it may fit in that scene deliverying supplies. I have yet
to see any pictures of trailers repurposed as sheds during the steam
era.
