Ed King Book - Will this be the month?

 Hi Jim,
I have nudged this another step nearer the finishing line by just now ordering my own copy of Ed's book, to be shipped across the Atlantic to the UK! Don't want to think about the postage cost.....

Will this be the month we round third and touch home plate?  I have committed to donating $10.00 for each pre-order sale up to 100 books; since my offer was extended there have been 45 pre-order sales.  Let's get this done this month and get past the hurdle.  Even though we pass the magic number my commitment will remain up to the total of 100 books sold before publication.
