N&WHS At Strasburg This Weekend

It appears that 611 is not leaving Strasburg at the present, nothing has been arranged for movement to my knowledge, and the rumor mill says it is staying in place for the winter.

Does that mean this is official? No. Is it opinion, no. Simply what the rumors are stating and nothing official announced either confirming or denying.
