HQ Tower Late Version?

Oh, John, so close. The early version of HQ Tower would have been on the 
other side of the tender. The late version would have also been on the 
other side of the tracks, hard right of the photographer.

Is that a passenger car beyond the mail crane on the Clinch Valley and 
Snellen lettering beyond the bracket signal?
