I was fortunate to have read an early manuscript of Ed's book  about three years ago.  I couldn't put it down.  I liked the premise - a fictional character played against a factual history.  It reminded me of the super-popular series Downton Abbey.   The attention to factual detail in that series lent an extra (and significant) credibility to the story itself, and made the whole exercise more enjoyable. Same with Ed's book.  I ordered my  copy as soon as it was announced that it would be published if enough pre-orders were received.  I'm only going to buy one book, but I would be willing to contribute to a publication fund to get this project underway.  I really, really want to see this book published, it's that good,  Maybe others would be willing to help out, too, if we had a tangible target to work toward.  So...how many orders or $$$ donations would it take??  Like Jeff said, this is Ed King.

I was wanting to know where the society stands on pre orders of Ed King's book.
