According to the 1967 N&W Locomotive Equipment Guide C-630’s were equipped with the Leslie S5TR.  I’ve also seen a lot of N&W Leslie’s classified as RS5TRF.  If I remember correctly the “F” denotes larger air orifices inside the horn.  If you’re modeling in HO scale, the Details West #191 is probably the best N&W rendition. Cal-Scale also produces variants of the Leslie 5T in HO Scale.  Hope this gives you an adequate answer.
