The coal docks at Lambert's Point are featured on the video/DVD Pocahontas
Glory vol.4 at 35:59.  This is a Herron Rail production.

I have seen video of Lambert's Point:  he coal hoppers dumping and the
electric pier cars going along.  Was it Herron's Pocahontas Glory?

 

Also, Google Earth was allowed to run their van around the road at LP.

You can go there on the computer and follow the road around.  Whatever was
happening on that day you can see.  It isn't video but it is a closer look
than most of us have/had.
