Painting the Caboose

As you know red is one of the worst color fade and it is the most costly
paint to purchase. When we painted the X450 we had to make a decision of
the industrial red or pay more for poly paint. The industrial was $100
gallon and poly was $375, we went with the poly and it still looks like new
paint after 6 years. A man in Johnson City painted his caboose with
industrial paint and after 2 years it is pink now. Your decision is whether
you want the low cost paint which last a couple of years or go with the
poly automotive paint  which is expensive but will last for years.. Picture
of the X450 is attached which was in bad condition when we got it but look
at it now after the 6 years..
