Mines serviced by both N&W and C&O?

Was curious if there were any comments about if there were ever any mines serviced by both N&W and C&O, or was it a silly question?

Forgive my na?vet?,??but were there any mines that were serviced by both the N&W and C&O, specifically prior to the Virginian merger? ?I?ve seen photos of mines with joint service with the Virginian, but was there ever an occasion when the?N&W and C&O?overlapped like this, perhaps somewhere like the?Gilbert area??
