As stated, the seller mentions in the description that someone reported it as a fake, but that does not take it down.

Apparently, you’ve not tried to deal with ebay on small market fakes. They simply do not care. Now if you are selling fake Pierre Cardin watches where you have the power of a group of attorneys behind you, they pay attention. But railroadiana is such a small market, the ebay police do not care. But if ebay can get sued for being a market for counterfeits, then they do something. This is why I wanted to warn the list.
