A bad day - low bridge

A shame this happened.  After years of these kinds of things, it would seem there would be some way to prevent this.

Years?  I'm in the electric utility industry, and I don't think there's a year gone by without a large power transformer being lost on a rail shipment.  Places too narrow, places not tall enough, etc.
