A bad day - low bridge

>From my digging around, that happened in Memphis on a track leading into a small rail yard at a refinery that I had done inspection work at decades ago. I can’t image the train could go much further before it had run out of track to move forward on.  I haven’t seen anything on the investigations on that. I can’t figure out how they ended up on that track in the first place. The rail bridge it went under hopped just before the train stops. I think the track might belong to IC/CN.
