RPO on Creeper 1952

To me, the term RPO applies to a full-length car totally equipped to handle the mail. The Branch cars were combines – mail and express.

That's a BMh, series 14-18, built 1929 by Bethlehem Steel. It is a variation of the PRR B60 design, with a 15' RPO section.

This is from the Archives, dated 1952. The corner of the RPO shows a round roof, not clerestory. Any idea what series this might be from?
