Who was E O T on the N&W

This was probably a fan at Portsmouth named Ed O. Tefs.  He was a modeler friend of Tom Dressler.

I am hoping that someone on the list can tell me who “EOT”  might have been on the N&W.    I have had this builder’s plate in my collection for many years and I believe someone told me at one time.  Unfortunately,  I did not mark it down.
