I received my copy a week ago Friday.   Whether that is prompt or not I do not know as it has taken upwards of nine days recently to get regular mail from Frankfort, KY to Lexington, KY; a half hour drive away.  I’ve seen slow mail delivery ever since the end of January.   It could be just this region.
