US 460

Larry:

Thanks for the clarifications and additional info.  The odd and even first
digits on Interstates here in Virginia sure follow your guidance on
spur/oop.

However, the last time I was on the West Coast, US101 ("El Camino Real")
sure acted like a north-south road.
