S-1a whistle

I seem to recall that Bob Hundman did a study in MM on the 0-8-0's, and I
think COHS did one of their four-books-a-year on the 0-8-0's including the
ones sold to N&W and VGN.  With plenty of photos.

Clearly I'm out of my wheelhouse but maybe someone can tell from the photos
which numbers used which whistle and when?
