Bud Robertson was a great Civil War Historian. I remember the Civil War PBS show that he was narrating and he started crying. If I remember correctly I think it was shortly after his wife passed. It was many years ago and I could be wrong. There’s no way you could have watched that PBS show and not grieved with him. I wish I had had the opportunity to be one of his students at Virginia Tech. Rest In Peace. Our prayers are with his family.
