Commission Agents at Second-Class N&W Stations

I have attached scanned page 273 of the N&W Auditor's Contract Ledger Book 3 at the Archives regarding commission agents at second-class stations. Is there a list of second-class stations available at which there were commission agents? Likewise, is there information when commission agents were discontinued?
