There are a lot of these plates around, I think I have or had like 20 of them consecutively numbered at one time. All brand new, never applied. This one appears to be the same.
These could be almost anything, older cast ones, we have a list of machines at Roanoke Shops, but these are far newer than that.
Perhaps someone else has some better info.
