You might want to check with the C&OHS as Bob Hundmann, former publisher of MM, is very involved with that organization. I did a quick look at their web site but didn't see  any specific mention of MM.
I know the Colorado Railroad Museum, https://coloradorailroadmuseum.org/, has a complete collection of MM, but I'm not aware if they offer scans of articles,, etc.
