Clean out tracks

During my assignment at the Shaffers Crossing Repair Track the supervisors 
working the clean out tracks referred to it as working the "Clean Out 
Train."

Also, the Nickel Plate had clean out tracks and a car repair operation at 
Tipton, IN that continued to operate after the merger.  The operation at 
Tipton was discontinued after the directive that consignees clean out cars.
