  The establishment of a sales list is a viable option.  Before exploring that option in full, I would like two volunteers to maintain and moderate a separate sales list. Be it known that there is not a guarantee that such a list would be established if volunteers step forward.  Volunteers would be a part of the discussion as a whole at the BOD meeting.  Thank you.

This policy was reviewed and affirmed more than once over the years. After reviewing the question again, and the flurry of comments posted today, this policy will be discussed at the next BOD meeting in February. Suggest to the BOD that a sales list be established.  Just have a link in the signature of the standard list reminding folks that sales can be handle there.
