General Mahone's Miniature Engine, 1874

Well, it looks like Gen. Mahone played with toy trains, too.  His little
engine had 8" drivers.

See attached article from 1874 Railroad Gazette.  Too bad the gauge of the
track is not mentioned.

Unbelievable...
