Two Axle Scale Test cars

Jimmy,
FYI, I just found a photo of the 2-axle Scale Test Car in the July 1956 N&W Mag., page  408, It shows the car being calibrated in the Scale Shop at East Roanoke Shop. 
Also, last Saturday, I had to make a trip to Lynchburg and noticed that same Scale Test Car at the scrap yard at Montvale, as seen to your left as you approach the 460 underpass.
I know I've photographed it before, and I think it has a build date on it, but don't know if it has the manufacturer's name, or not.
Maybe I can find my photo(s)?

Does anyone know who built the two axle scale test cars. Seems like every road had one that looked like this.
