Sorry.  N&W never had a steam locomotive numbered 1493.  The highest number 
N&W had in the 1400s was 1489,

Might it be off Southern 1493, a Ts-1 4-8-2?

We have a N&W bell off of engine #1493 at the Watauga Valley RHS&M's new 
Chuckey Depot museum located in downtown Jonesborough.

I would like to like to know as much information or photos of this 
locomotive as possible to display with the bell.
