Another head on collision

The following photo was passed on to me see if a location could be
determined. Supposedly this is in the Waynesboro (Basic), Va. area. The
first thing that popped into my mind is that it appears to be along  N.
Commerce St. between 7th St. & the underpass on Main St. Any other ideas?
