Reefer icing operations

Dr. Greer:
I went through a collection of Norfolk & Western Magazines looking
for a 1959 article which may have given some specifics for the icing
operation at Norfolk.  I didn't find it.  Prior to 1959, the main purpose
of Portlock (South Norfolk) was the icing platform.  Then N&W expanded
the location to handle merchandise traffic for Norfolk Terminal.
