Location of CTC machines

In 1941 CTC was installed on the Petersburg Belt Line between Poe and Jack.
In which tower, Poe or Jack, was the machine located?

 

In 1944 a CTC machine was installed to control the territory from Switch
Back  through the Flat Top/Elkhorn/Coaldale tunnel and on the Bluestone
Branch to Clift Yard .  Was the machine located in Bluestone Tower or the
dispatcher's office in Bluefield?
