Train order levers with rotating signs

Please share this information on-list.  I'm sure there are many who will find this interes5.  If I can get enough info, I'm going to try to make one of these in HO scale using shapeways 3D printing.

  Don't know if there are plans still around or not have never researched them that far. But there are several sets around in private collections. What are you thinking here. They also maybe an N&W made to order item.

Are there surviving examples of N&W train order levers which had rotating "Orders - No Orders" signs?  The attached photo is said to be at or near Columbus, Ohio.  Are there surviving plans for the mechanism to rotate the signs or the framing to support the train order levers?
