According the Suffolk tax records, the building is owned by Norfolk Southern
Railroad and sits on 0.2 acers of land.

Nice find, Bill, and later postings provide positive identification.  The
salient question is: who owns the building now?  Looks like it could be a
fixer-upper for someone with cash and motivation.
