Most everyone coming to the 2016 Covention in Pikeville, KY will be arriving on US route 23.   Take the Pikeville exit #23. You will be exiting onto Hambley Blvd.  Continue straight on Hamble Blvd. passing thru two traffic lights. The Hilton Garden Inn will be on your right. Unloading will be in front of the hotel. Also the Friday Coke Plant tour is overbooked. We still need members signed up for the Friday tour and who can, to arrive early on Thursday to switch from the Friday tour to the Thursday tour. By doing so this will open up spaces for the Friday tour allowing everyone to go on the tour and no one will be left. We can hold the bus if necessary for a 3:30pm departure. This tour is an outside tour. The weather forecast for Thursday is to be clear. The Friday forecast is calling for afternoon and evening rain showers. So if you want to enjoy the tour, stay dry and help another society member out PLEASE if at all possible come early on Thursday for the Coke plant tour. Again we can hold the bus until 3:30pm.
