East of Bluefield?

At 2:17 in this youtube clip, you can see a railroad bridge up above 
where it crosses a holler. I recognize this view as I've seen it before, 
in person, I just can't place exactly where it is. I think it is in the 
area of Oakvale? Perhaps just a little east there a mile or so?
